💧 What areas do you cover?
Our cleaning services are available across a wide area of the East Midlands. We cover many towns and surrounding areas across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire and Coventry. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch and we'll be happy to check.

💧 How long does carpet cleaning take?
The time needed depends on the size, number and condition of the carpets being cleaned. Smaller jobs can often be completed quickly, while larger properties naturally take longer. When providing your quote, we'll be able to give you an indication of how long the cleaning is likely to take.

💧 How long do carpets take to dry after cleaning?
Drying times can vary depending on the type of carpet, the amount of cleaning required and the conditions inside the property, taking 3-4 hours on average. They can be walked on straight away. Keeping the room well ventilated and allowing plenty of airflow can help your carpets dry more quickly. We'll provide advice on looking after your carpets once the cleaning is complete.

 

💧 Can you remove stains from carpets and sofas?
We can treat many different types of stains and marks from carpets and sofas. The results will depend on the type of stain, how long it has been present and whether it has previously been treated with other cleaning products. We'll assess the area and use the most suitable treatment to achieve the best possible result.

💧Are your carpet and upholstery cleaning products pet safe?
Yes. We use pet-safe cleaning products that are suitable for homes with dogs, cats and other household pets. We always recommend keeping pets away from the area while it is being cleaned and until the carpet or upholstery is fully dry.

💧 Can you clean rugs as well as carpets?
Yes. We offer professional rug cleaning alongside our carpet and sofa cleaning services. As rugs can be made from a variety of materials and constructions, we'll assess the rug before cleaning and select an appropriate method based on its condition and material.

 

💧 How much does carpet cleaning cost?
